Latest version

[Current version]: 1.10
[Status]: Stable
[Last update]: March 21, 2011

If you try to update SVA from build 36/hg18 to build 37/hg19, please re-download the whole package to update.

If you try to update sub-versions within each build, you may update it following these procedures:

  1. Download a update package (zip file, ~ 5MB in size) here.
  2. Extract the update package, with the directory structure (keeping a lib directory in the zip package).
  3. Locate your SVA installation directory. Use the extracted files and directories to replace the old files and directories, with the same file name in the installation directory.
  4. Restart SVA to effect the update.

Here is the version history.

If you have questions or experience difficulties in updating your SVA, send the author an email: Dr. Dongliang Ge, .
