Selecting genes

 

SVA provides several ways in selecting genes. With this selection, only the variants related to the selected genes by the defined functional categories will be listed in the variant tables. In addition, this selection is also reflected in most of SVA's analysis and listing functions.

SVA also provides an additional function to select variants based on chromosomal regions.

  1. Selecting genes by gene symbol;
  2. Selecting genes by gene's biological type;
  3. Selecting genes by biological pathway or gene ontology terms;
  4. Selecting genes by relevant OMIM disorder;
  5. Selecting genomic regions.
