Selecting genomic regions

SVA allows selecting variants by genomic regions.

To access this function, click on button "Genomic region ".

You will see a dialog like this:

You need to prepare a text file listing all the genomic regions of interest, formatted as indicated above. After you load the genomic region file, click on button "Select" to select all the variants located within any of the genomic regions included in the loaded text file.
